Fostering the group’s creativity is based on encouraging them to develop their interests, allowing them to experiment, clearly establishing the task’s purpose, supporting individual work and collaborative behaviours, encouraging them to analyse questions, and to think critically. It is also vital to maintain mutual trust within the group.
Providing the group with opportunities and a sense of actual agency can be done by allowing them to use temporary solutions (as much as possible), creating dynamics in which the group members can experience the influence of their work on everyday life.
