The next 3 modules are devoted to diet, which plays a significant role in both the prevention and treatment of insulin resistance. They provide information that is helpful for balancing the diet for people struggling with insulin resistance. In a practical way, among others, the course will take you through how to calculate the demand for energy and macronutrients, enrich the diet with dietary fibre and indicate which popular diets are recommended by experts in the field of human nutrition.
